1. Long Kiss
While standing, sitting, listening music, taking a poop, sitting in the bus or anywhere, just
tilt your head back, look toward the ceiling kiss the ceiling. Hold it for 5 seconds or more.
Relax your head and repeat again for 15 minutes.
2. Tongue roll
Open your mouth big
Roll your tongue out as far as possible
And roll it back in a count of 5.
3. Tilt your Neck
Drop your chin to your chest
Rotate head to the right and hold for few seconds
Come back to your 1st position
Rotate towards left now and hold.
