Ingredients – 1 cup Curd, 2 cups water, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, ½ tsp rock-salt
Blend all together and enjoy this cool drink.
2. Milk Kefir
Ingredients – 1 glass milk, 1-2 teaspoons active Milk Kefir Grains
Add all to a big glass jar and let it sit for 24hrs. Later strain the thick and fermented drink.
3. Probiotic Lemonade
Ingredients – 1 cup lemon juice, ¾ cup sugar, 1 cup whey, 4 cup water
Blend lemon juice, water and sugar well in a glass jar in room temperature.
Slowly add whey and stir slowly, cover the jar air tight and let it sit for 2-3 days.
Store in the fridge and drink 4-6 once every day.
4. Coconut Water Kefir
Ingredients – ¼ cup Water Kefir Grains, 6 cup fresh coconut water and ½ cup lemon juice
Blend all in a jar, cover with a cheesecloth and let it sit for 48 hrs at room temperature. Later strain the mixture and reserve the grains. Ferment again to make the coconut water kefir frizzy and refrigerate in an air tight bottle for another 2 days.
5. Probiotic Green Juice
Ingredients – 2 stalk celery, 100gm parsley, 100gm spinach, 100 gm kale, 1 probiotic capsule
Juice all the greens and add the probiotic capsule content.
6. Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
Ingredients – 2tbsp organic ACV, 2 tbsp apple juice, ½ tsp cinnamon and 1 glass water
Mix all in a glass and serve chill.
Note – Don’t be impatient, you will be able to see results over a time with regular probiotic intake
