Holla Your Magnesium Lotion is Complete
This recipe makes about 10 oz of lotion and can be stored for about 6 months.
If you have trouble with your lotion not blending well as we all know that water and oil are separators and don’t blend well. Here is what you need to do, after you’ve completely blended all of your ingredients together, put them in the fridge for a half hour and then blend them all together again. This should help!
Double strength Magnesium Oil –
½ cup of distilled water
1 cup magnesium chloride flake
Boil the distilled water in a sauce pan
Remove from heat and add magnesium chloride flake
Stir until the flakes have dissolved
It takes about 20-30 minutes for this lotion to completely absorb into your skin, so if after that time you’d like to rub the lotion off with a wet cloth, feel free to. Rub it on your soles before going to bed (1/2 tsp per foot)
