Follow These Easy 11 Ways to Get Rid of Blackheads
1. Keep your skin oil balanced by eating the right vegetable and non sweet fruit, fulfilling the required vitamin required for your skin.
Include spinach, romaine, zucchini, cucumber, celery, bell peppers, tomato, berries, lemons, limes etc in your diet and avoid eating oily,sweet and dairy products.
Seeing those blackheads you might feel like washing your face again and again, avoid doing that as it will dry up the blackhead resulting in more oil formation.
Use mild and 100% pure foam wash or baby wash before sleeping at night and just plain water wash in the morning.
Regular scrubbing and exfoliating help eliminate the dead skin, enhancing your skin and prevents blackhead.
To remove dead skin try out Salicylic acid, glycolic acid, fruit acids/enzymes and lactic acid a couple of times every week.
Peels and non-physical exfoliants works by removing the dead skin that clog pores and create a blackhead, stopping the problem before it occurs.
Ingredients for an easy home made peel & Scrub:
- Peeled Grapefruit/Fresh Grapefruit juice
- Peeled apple/Apple juice
- Ripe tomato
- Grapefruit seed extract(optional)
Mix one quantity of each in a blender.
Refrigerate in a bottle and store.
Clean your face and wipe lightly with a clean soft towel.
Dab a cotton ball in the mixture and apply in the effected area.
Let it absorb for 15-20 min and then rinse with cold running water.
- 1 cup of sugar (brown or white)
- 4 tablespoons of jojoba oil
- Airtight glass container
Stir jojoba oil and sugar continuously till its mixed well.
Pour it in a airtight glass container and store in a cool dark place.(don’t store over a month)
Take one spoon out in a cup, stir well and apply over your clean and wet face using finger tips.
Massage in circular motion for 3-4 minutes.
Rinse off with fresh water and pat dry.
Follow with your usual moisturizer.
Repeat 2-3 times in a week.
We need to keep our skin well hydrated from inside to have a clean and clear skin from outside.
Drink 3-4 liters clean, filtered and spring water everyday.
Replace aerated and sweet drinks with water, green tea and fresh squeezed lemon in hot water.

Direct sun rays causes severe damage to your exposed skin. Make sure to apply a good sun block cream and carry a scarf/hat before you step out.
If you are allergic to sun screen lotion like me, make sure to wrap my face with a soft cotton scarf covering my face, hair and neck every time i go out in the sun.
- Add hot water to a clean cotton cloth and apply the warm cloth to your clean face covering the effected areas.Cloth need not be too hot but hot enough to soften the sebum in the pores.
- Remove the cloth once it cool down and apply the grapefruit & apple peel as mentioned above.
- Peel off with Luke warm water and gently pick out any blackhead if left behind.
- Apply a mild and natural toner.
- Use a blackhead remover tool to pull out the remaining blackhead. Do not force or go deep into the skin. If its too much do part by part.
- Its not a one time task, blackheads are stubborn and there is no shortcut to get rid of them in one day.
- Once you are done for the day, apply apple cider vinegar to clean the pores.
Include krill oil capsules, concentrated fish oil capsules or liquid fish oil fish oil as Omega 3 supplements to ensure healthy fats to balance your hormones for healthy skin and reduce blackheads.
Exercising in the form of swimming, workout, jogging, dancing that keeps your body active is the most healthy way of keeping yourself young.
It helps you get rid of toxins in the form of sweat.So plan your day and reserve at least an hour dedicated to exercise.
Egg whites reduces chances of future blackheads and remove current blackheads by temporarily tightening the pores.

- Clean towel
Rinse your face and pat dry.
Apply a thin layer of egg white separating the yolk.
Let it dry and apply second layer of egg white over the first one.
Repeat the process till you have 3-5 layers.(Let it dry completely before applying the next layer)
Peel the mask once all the layers are dry.
Wash of the leftovers with fresh water, pat dry and moisturize well.

Mix 1 tablespoon of honey and milk each, heat for 5-10 seconds.
Bring down to room temperature and apply a
thin layer of the paste over blackheads.
Gently put a clean cotton strip over the paste and let it dry for 20-25 minutes.
Peel off the strip and rinse off with fresh water.
Pat dry and moisturize.
Mix ACV and crushed mint leaves in a small glass cointainer and let it settle down for a week in a cool dark place.
Strain the mixture adding a cup of water and refrigerate for another week.
Before sleeping, wash your face pat dry and apply the mixture on the affected area with a cotton ball.
leave overnight and rinse with fresh water in the morning.
