1. Keep your skin oil balanced by eating the right vegetable and non sweet fruit, fulfilling the required vitamin required for your skin.

Include spinach, romaine, zucchini, cucumber, celery, bell peppers, tomato, berries, lemons, limes etc in your diet and avoid eating oily,sweet and dairy products.

Ingredients for an easy home made peel & Scrub:


  • Peeled Grapefruit/Fresh Grapefruit juice
  • Peeled apple/Apple juice
  • Ripe tomato
  • Grapefruit seed extract(optional)

Mix one quantity of each in a blender.

Refrigerate in a bottle and store.

Clean your face and wipe lightly with a clean soft towel.

Dab a cotton ball in the mixture and apply in the effected area.

Let it absorb for 15-20 min and then rinse with cold running water.


  • 1 cup of sugar (brown or white)
  • 4 tablespoons of jojoba oil
  • Airtight glass container

Stir jojoba oil and sugar continuously till its mixed well.
Pour it in a airtight glass container and store in a cool dark place.(don’t store over a month)
Take one spoon out in a cup, stir well and apply over your clean and wet face using finger tips.
Massage in circular motion for 3-4 minutes.
Rinse off with fresh water and pat dry.
Follow with your usual moisturizer.

  • Peel off with Luke warm water and gently pick out any blackhead if left behind.
