Drinking water has lots and lots of benefits; flat belly is one among them. Adding 2 spoons of fresh lemon juice not only helps in digestion but also detox your body. Water and lemon combination just doubles the effect.
Avoid using straw while drinking anything, so you don’t take in any extra air.
2. Fresh Fruits
High in water content and fiber, fruits helps in digestion, regular bowel movement and detox. Pineapple, watermelon, banana, grapes, avocado and papaya are few of the best fruits to consume daily for a flatter belly.
Consume lot of boiled or cooked vegetables. Vegetables like asparagus, celery, cucumbers etc are particularly good for warding off the dreaded bloat.
